Clean TeQ Water Breaks Ground in Koumala
30 April 2021
Clean TeQ Water is pleased to announce it has broken ground in Koumala, QLD for the Koumala Water Treatment Plant project. Scrub removal, topsoil removal and major excavation are currently underway following site establishment earlier in the week.
CLQW will design, supply, and install a batch ion exchange treatment plant plus a package gas chlorination system to remove hardness and reduce the salinity of an existing bore water supply. The plant will reduce the scaling of pipes and improve taste for use in the potable water supply of Koumala, Queensland.
Clean TeQ will manage the full design, procurement, construction and commissioning of the plant including subcontracting the civil works. The program of works is expected to run through to the end of the calendar year.
